A medicine student, İnci Kadribegiç was born in Kosovo in 1991. After receiving full scholarship at the 2016 summer internship program at Kyoto University’s Center for iPS Cell Research and Application founded by Dr. Shinya Yamanaka, who was presented with the Nobel Prize in Physiology of Medicine in 2012, she worked at the American National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the summer of 2017. Having completed her most recent internship at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories, Kadribegiç received the 2018 Fatoş Büyükkuşoğlu Strong Woman Prize. He is the editor of Bezelye, the only popular genetic science magazine in Turkey, and is one of the consultants of Future Science Team. She believes that we are not what we have accomplished but what we imagine.
